Fixed Fees
Depending on the nature of the work and your requirements almost always quoted in advance of the work and related to the value of work to be completed, so that you know where you stand. That is unless you prefer to be charged on an hourly basis.
Free Phone Support
Within reason, you can call as much as you need without charge. We deal with most tax related issues without charge, including contacting HMRC on your behalf. We may charge for specific additional work, for example the estimated capital gains tax calculation on the sale of a second home, but this will always be reasonable.
Work On Time
As long as information is provided on time, work will always be completed within a reasonable period and before the relevant deadline.
